Freedom Blueprints
Your Business Decisions, Turned Into a Build Plan
A Freedom Blueprint is a personalized, implementation-ready plan for building or improving one part of the business. It combines the member's workflow, buyer type, engagement model, ownership choices, Brand Voice, Business Tech Map, and current tool capabilities into ordered build steps, templates, automation logic, permissions, tests, and a clear definition of done.
How is a Freedom Blueprint different?
| What it gives you | What it leaves out | |
|---|---|---|
| A generic template | A starting structure anyone can download | Your tools, your buyer type, your workflow — you still translate everything |
| An SOP | How to repeat a process that already exists | How to build the process in the first place |
| A consultant recommendation | Advice on what you should do | The ordered steps, assets, and tests to actually do it |
| A Freedom Blueprint | Ordered build steps for your tools and model, templates and assets required, automation logic, failure paths, a QA checklist, a handoff sheet, and a definition of done | Nothing to translate — it is written for the person or specialist who will build it |
What is inside a Freedom Blueprint?
- Business context — the member's model, offer, and buyer type
- Selected tools — pulled from the member's Business Tech Map
- Ownership decisions — Keep Genius, Automate, Delegate, or Shared
- Ordered build steps — sequenced for the chosen tools
- Templates and assets required — emails, forms, documents
- Automation logic and permissions — including failure paths
- QA checklist and handoff sheet — so a VA or specialist can take it and build
- Definition of done — how you know the system works
