Sample Freedom Blueprint

Sample: Client Onboarding Blueprint

This is a labeled sample structure. The worked example below shows the sections every Freedom Blueprint contains. The business details are pending Lynn's approved sample (invented demonstration business, anonymized real business with permission, or an internal Free By Design example). It does not describe a real client.

Every Freedom Blueprint follows this structure. Members receive theirs generated for their specific business, tools, and ownership decisions.

1. Business Context

Business type, offer, engagement model, and buyer type (B2B or B2C). Sample content awaiting approval.

2. Selected Tools

The exact tools this Blueprint builds with, taken from the member's Business Tech Map — no new stack required.

3. Ownership Split

For each step: Keep Genius (stays with the CEO), Automate (a system handles it), Delegate (a person owns it), or Shared (split explicitly).

4. Workflow

The end-to-end flow this system implements, from trigger to completion.

5. Ordered Build Steps

Numbered, sequenced steps written for the person building the system.

6. Templates & Assets Required

Every email, form, and document the system needs, listed so nothing is discovered mid-build.

7. Automation Logic

Triggers, conditions, actions, and permissions for each automated step.

8. Failure Paths

What happens when a payment fails, a form is abandoned, or a tool disconnects — designed in advance.

9. QA Checklist

The tests to run before the system goes live.

10. Handoff Sheet

What the builder returns to the CEO: credentials handled, links, and where each piece lives.

11. Definition of Done

The observable outcomes that mean this system is finished and running.
